Alongside my client work, I serve as Director of Customer Success for IgnitionDeck, a commercial WordPress crowdfunding and e-commerce plugin suite used by creators and businesses worldwide. That role has me working hands-on with real customers — diagnosing and resolving production issues on live sites every day.
As a key collaborator on Arizona Bay projects, I combine technical writing, customer support, and quality assurance for various codebases and SaaS projects.
